Economic Opportunity Foundation Inc. is located at 1542 Minnesota Ave., Kansas City, Kansas 66102.

At our Central Office, we house the following departments: Human Resources, Fiscal , Executive Director Office, Social Services Program, Employment Services Program, Planning ,Grants Writing, Information & Technology, and our  Administrative Offices.
